כאשר תהיה מוכנה ההזמנה, תקבלי מייל ותוכלי לתאם איתנו מועד לאיסוף 
איסוף עצמי יהיה ניתן להגיע לאיסוף רק בימים ובשעות ספציפיות ובתיאום מראש
זמני העבודה על כל תכשיט הם 14 ימי עסקים

למען הסר ספק "יום עסקים" לעניין תקנון זה הינם ימים א' עד ה', לא כולל ערבי חג, חגים וימי שבתון

תכשיטי כסף יכולים להשחיר באופן טבעי וזה משתנה לפי סוג עור וחומציות גוף. את ההשחרה ניתן לנקות במים רותחים וסבון כלים
התכשיטים הכסופים שמצופים זהב לא עמידים במים בגלל שהציפוי עלול לרדת לתכשיטים יש אחריות למשך שנה
פרט לתכשיטים המצופים בזהב שעל הציפוי אנו לא יכולים לקחת אחריות

 

 ההזמנה תסופק לאחר שהושלם תהליך הרכישה, בתנאי שקליטת ההזמנה נעשתה בטווח זמני העסקה כפי שהם מוגדרים בדף המוצר המבוקש, בתנאי שבבעלות הלקוחה כרטיס אשראי תקף שניתן לחייבו ולסלקו בישראל, ובתנאי שחברת כרטיסי האשראי שהנפיקה אותו אישרה את העסקה שבוצעה

 

  החברה משתמשת בשירותי סולק צד שלישי ולפיכך לחברה שליטה מוגבלת בהליך הסליקה ואישור התשלום. אם כרטיס האשראי של המשתמש אינו תקף, או שחברת כרטיסי האשראי איננה מכבדת את העסקה, תיצור החברה קשר עם המשתמש לשם השלמת העסקה או ביטול

 

  החברה תעשה מאמץ על מנת שהמוצרים שהזמנת יסופקו לך במועד ואולם יתכנו מצבים בהם תתעכב האספקה מסיבות שאינן תלויות בחברה. אי עמידת החברה בזמני האספקה, לא תפטור את חובת המשתמש לתשלום בגין ההזמנה

    ביטול הזמנה יתאפשר עד ולא יאוחר מ24 שעות ממועד התשלום באתר של ההזמנה ובמקרה כזה, תהא רשאית החברה לגבות מהמשתמש דמי ביטול של עד ל 5% מסכום העסקה או 100 ש"ח - הנמוך מבניהם  ובכפוף להראות הדין

 

    ניתן להחליף פריטים שנרכשו באתר עד 14 יום מיום קבלת הפריט ובתנאי שלא נעשה בהם שימוש, שלא נפל בהם שום פגם/נזק. כמו כן, על התכשיט לחזור בשלמותו על כל חלקיו.. במקרה זה תהיה אחריות המשתמש להחזיר את המוצר לכתובת המצויינת באתר בתיאום מראש. ועליהם אפשר לקבל החזר כספי בניקוי של 5 % מהעסקה או 100 ₪ הנמוך מבינהם

מובהר כי החזרת מוצרים וביטול הזמנות יתבצע בכפוף להוראות הדין לרבות הוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א - 1981, הוראות חוק המכר, התשכ"ח - 1968, והוראות חוק כרטיסי חיוב התשמ"ו - 1986, ו/או בכפוף למדיניות החברה, כפי שתקבע מעת לעת

Self-collection will only be available for collection on specific days and times and by prior arrangement

The working times for each piece of jewelry are 14 business days

For the avoidance of doubt, a "business day" for the purposes of these regulations is Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and Sabbath days

The home delivery option will be subject to an additional charge of 45 NIS and the delivery time for the delivery will be 4-5 business days

 

925 silver jewelry is water resistant

Silver jewelry can naturally tarnish and this varies depending on skin type and body acidity. The tarnish can be cleaned with boiling water and dish soap. 
Gold-plated silver jewelry is not water resistant because the coating may come off. The jewelry has a one-year warranty
Except for gold-plated jewelry, we cannot take responsibility for the coating

The order will be delivered after the purchase process has been completed, provided that the order was received within the transaction time frame as defined on the requested product page, provided that the customer owns a valid credit card that can be charged and cleared in Israel, and provided that the credit card company that issued it has approved the transaction that was made

The Company uses the services of a third-party acquirer and therefore the Company has limited control over the clearing and payment approval process. If the user's credit card is invalid, or the credit card company does not honor the transaction, the Company will contact the user to complete the transaction or Cancellation

The company will make every effort to ensure that the products you ordered are delivered to you on time, however, there may be situations in which delivery is delayed for reasons beyond the company's control. Failure by the company to meet delivery times will not relieve the user of the obligation to pay for the order

Cancellation of an order will be possible no later than 24 hours from the date of payment on the order's website, and in such a case, the company may charge the user a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS - whichever is lower, subject to legal proof

Items purchased on the website can be exchanged for up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the item, provided that they have not been used and that there is no defect/damage. Also, the jewelry must be returned intact with all its parts In this case, the user will be responsible for returning the product to the address specified on the website in advance. For which, you can receive a refund of 5% of the transaction or 100 NIS, whichever is lower

It is clarified that the return of products and cancellation of orders will be carried out subject to the provisions of the law, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 - 1981, the provisions of the Sales Law, 5728 - 1968, and the provisions of the Debit Cards Law, 5746 - 1986, and/or subject to the company's policy, as determined from time to time
